CAK 100 (High Foam)

CAK-100, a chlorinated alkaline cleaner (High Foam) is designed for use in dairy, poultry, and food manufacturing, and food handling industries. Effectively removes fats, oils, protein, starch, and mold from dairy equipment, dairy pipelines, milking machines, and even plastic parts. A dense foam production provides a concentrated cleaner that clings to horizontal and vertical surfaces of equipment, food storage tanks, pipes, ceilings, walls, floors, and other working work areas. Along with the best cleaning, it sanitizes and deodorizes the system.

Special features: Biodegradable, CFIA approved, highly alkaline liquid fortified with stabilized chlorine. Removes milk fat, and protein residue from dairy equipment, dairy pipelines, milking machines, bulk tanks, and even plastic pipes. Completely water soluble, free rinsing, and excellent performance in hard water.

How to use: Rinse tanks and lines thoroughly with clean water. Dilute the product using 30-50 ml/L of water at 60°C – 70°C. More products may be necessary for hard water areas. Circulate the solution in the tank and through the pipeline system for 15-20 minutes and then drain it out. Spray and soaking methods can be used for the manual cleaning of dairy, food, and beverage equipment.
