3D Eco PPA 15% is stabilized peracetic acid is specifically formulated for food area sanitization. This product is recommended for both organic and conventional food manufacturing and food handling facilities where pathogen free environment is of prime importance and where chlorine as a disinfectant and sanitizer is not desirable. It is recommended in dairy, poultry, meat processing & packaging, fruits & vegetable, juices and beverage industries.
Sanitization: This product is recommended for use on precleaned surfaces such as equipment, pipelines, tanks, vats, filters, evaporators, pasteurizers, and aseptic equipment in dairies, breweries, wineries, beverage and food processing/packing plants, and egg processing/packing equipment surfaces. This product is effective as a sanitizer when solution is prepared in water of up to 400 ppm hardness as CaCO3. This product has demonstrated greater than 99.999% reduction of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in the AOAC Germicidal and Detergent Sanitizing Action of Disinfectants study.
Applications:
Peracetic acid can be applied for the deactivation of a large variety of pathogenic microorganisms. It also deactivates viruses and spores. Peracetic acid works more effectively at PH 7 and temperature 15C.
A concentration of 100-200 PPM is sufficient to remove most of the bacteria and viruses and other pathogens. Pipe lines, equipments, floors, walls, conveyers.
